Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. This policy outlines our terms for deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds. Please read carefully before booking.

Reservation & Deposit

Deposit Amount

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place on any Andes Adventure Visuals expedition or workshop.

Booking Guarantee

Your spot is considered reserved once the deposit is received and confirmed in writing by Andes Adventure Visuals.

Non-Refundable Deposit

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance, as they cover administrative costs, advance reservations, permits, and vendor commitments made on your behalf.

Final Payments

Payment Schedule

To maintain fair and consistent logistics, payments follow a three-stage structure: 30% deposit at booking (non-refundable), 30% payment due 120 days before departure, 40% remaining balance due 60 days before departure.

Late Payments

Failure to submit payments by the listed deadlines may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of any amount paid.

We accept bank transfers and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).

Transfers & Substitutions

Changing Your Booking

If you wish to transfer your booking to another expedition or substitute another participant, the following applies: Requests must be made at least 120 days before departure. Transfers may incur additional administrative or supplier fees. Within 120 days of departure, transfers are not guaranteed and may be treated as cancellations.
